Payment & Refund Policy

At WILLCO E Recycling, most pickups are free of charge. In some cases, a pickup fee may apply due to distance, volume, or special handling requirements.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for any applicable fees:

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Card

• Zelle

• PayPal

Payment Timing

Fees for pickups are not due until after the pickup is complete. Once the service has been rendered and the balance is paid, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are not available once the pickup has been completed and payment received.

• If a pickup must be canceled before service, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or fee adjustments may be considered if no costs have been incurred.
