These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by WILLCO E Recycling (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide environmentally responsible e-waste recycling, IT asset disposition, secure data destruction, and equipment buyback programs. Services may include pickup of electronics or equipment from residential or business locations.

All pickups are scheduled according to availability and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pickup Requests

  • Requests must include accurate and complete information, including contact details, pickup address, and a list of items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if items are hazardous, unsafe, or prohibited by law.

  • While most pickups are free, certain circumstances may require a pickup fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before service.

3. Payments

  • Fees may be paid via cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or PayPal.

  • Payments for pickups with fees are due only after service is completed.

  • Once payment is made, it is final and non-refundable, except in cases where the pickup is canceled before service and no costs have been incurred.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a pickup, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about items for pickup.

  • Ensure that items are ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Remove personal items not intended for recycling or disposal.

  • Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding e-waste disposal.

5. Liability

  • We take reasonable precautions to handle items safely and securely.

  • We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or data exposure that occurs if items are improperly prepared or misrepresented.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

6. Data Security & Privacy

  • We provide secure data destruction services, but customers are responsible for ensuring all sensitive data is properly backed up.

  • Personal information collected through our website or forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not accept items that are:

  • Hazardous, explosive, or flammable.

  • Contaminated with chemicals or biohazards.

  • Illegal or prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule pickups due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns or scheduling conflicts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
